The terms of the Happy Feet USA, Inc. Affiliate Program are very simple and straightforward:

Happy Feet allows you to use its logo with an imbedded link to its website on a webpage specified by you. If you try to use the logo on any page other than the agreed page, you will risk losing proper credit for sales resulting from the link.

You receive 20% of gross sales referred from this link on or before the tenth of the month after the commission was earned.
