Happy Feet will provide a free training manual and when/where possible, one on one personal staff training by instructors who are proven producers.

RETAIL AGREEMENT

Upon approval you will be sent the Retailer Agreement. This Agreement must be signed before you may begin selling Happy Feet® Therapeutic Massaging Insoles. Once completed you will then be given your Retailer Number / Promo Code. We will also attach a Retailer Order Form that will include all of the necessary items to get you started. The Retailer/Promo Code Number is how we track your sales. Part of your Sales Kit will be Flyers and Promotional Coupons that you will insert your Promo Number into. If a customer is unable to purchase the insoles directly from you at your retail location, you can offer them your flyer for them to go home and purchase from our website or by phone at a later date.

RETAILER WEBSITE

For the Retailers that have websites, we allow the Happy Feet logo to be inserted
into the website with your Promo Code, linking customers directly to www.happyfeet.net.
If the customer purchases insoles the proper credit goes to the Retailer whose site they came from.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail when it comes to our Customer Service. A
customer will always get a live person when they call the Corporate Office Monday thru
Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm (EST).
For all Customer Service related issues they must go through the Corporate Office (i.e.
replacements/refunds).

WE STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCT

Happy Feet USA, Inc. offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee as well as a One Year Warranty, from the original date of purchase. If anything should happen to a pair of insoles we will replace them within that year. We ask that the customer complete the Warranty Validation (located on our website); return it with the insoles as well as a dated copy of their receipt and the $4.95 domestic/$10.95 international for the shipping and handling of their new pair (if outside of 8 weeks of purchase).
