Happy Feet USA, Inc. offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee as well as a One Year Warranty, from the original date of purchase. If anything should happen to a pair of insoles we will replace them within that year. We ask that the customer complete the Warranty Validation (located below); return it with the insoles as well as a dated copy of their receipt and the $4.95 domestic/$10.95 international for the shipping and handling of their new pair (if outside of 8 weeks of purchase). We inspect the insoles once we receive them. If it is determined that there was a defect within 3 months of purchase we will issue the customer a back-up pair in addition to the replacement pair; after 3 months, 1 replacement pair will be sent.

Thank you for purchasing HAPPY FEET® Insoles. Your Warranty is effective for one (1) year from the date of purchase. HAPPY FEET® will replace insoles that are found defective during normal use.
