We Appreciate Your Business!

Thank you for purchasing HAPPY FEET® Insoles. Your Warranty is effective for one (1) year from the date of purchase. HAPPY FEET® will replace insoles that are found defective during normal use.

When you purchased your HAPPY FEET® Insoles you should have received a bi-fold brochure which included a Warranty section. Please fill out the Warranty section and return the entire brochure to us along with your dated sales receipt and HAPPY FEET® insoles to:

Additionally, please make sure to include the dated sales receipt, purchase date, amount paid, promotion code/sold by and a check or money order in the amount of $4.95 (Domestic)/$10.95 (International) for Shipping/Handling.

Once we receive this documentation, please allow 7–10 business days to receive your replacement HAPPY FEET® Insoles.

  • I purchased insoles for my husband at Christmas. He is 54 years old, bad back sore knee, and arthritis in his ankles. He works on cement floors and is on his feet eight hours plus per day. I did not expect much.

    What a surprise! After one week wearing "Happy Feet" he noticed a difference not only in his feet but in his back and knee.

    We were disappointed when they lost fluid. I sent them back and really did not expect a response. Surprise again! The replacements came today!

  • I ordered ‘Happy Feet’ to help when I walk. They really worked after wearing them for a short time. I realized I was getting an added benefit. I had a large callus that made walking painful. I would walk on the side of my foot, callus cushions did not help. After wearing "Happy Feet®" I no longer have a painful callus. It is still there but no more pain.
