What size do I need?

If you're "on the border" size-wise, choose the larger size. For a perfect fit, Happy Feet® Insoles can be trimmed at the toe area to prevent crowding at the heel. Do not trim the width. If the insoles are too wide for your shoes, you may need to go to the next size down.

Can Happy Feet® Insoles work on thong sandals?

Happy Feet Insoles can also be worn in thong sandals. Be sure to select the "Thong Cut" option when picking your shoe size.

Do you provide a warranty for Happy Feet Insoles?

Each Happy Feet® Insole includes both a one year warranty and a 15-day money back guarantee. Happy Feet® will gladly replace insoles that are found defective during normal use.

What do Happy Feet® Insoles feel like?

Insoles might feel weirdEthe first time you wear them in your shoes. If they didn't feel different, then they would just be ordinary insoles. The feeling has been described as "walking on a waterbed." A mini-massage all day long on your feet! After a few days, the “weird” feeling will be replaced by therapeutic comfort.

What's the best way to get accustomed to wearing Happy Feet® Insoles?

Starting at two hours per day, gradually extend to full-time use to help feet adjust to increased blood circulation (at first your feet may feel warm).

Can I wear Happy Feet® Insoles all day long?

At first, you may only want to wear them a few hours and gradually work up to all day. Soon, you will want Happy Feet® Insoles in all your shoes.

How do you clean Happy Feet® Insoles?

For maximum durability, keep Happy Feet Insoles clean. Hand or machine wash with soap and water. Wash weekly and AIR DRY ONLY. Happy Feet Insoles are not microwavable. Important ERemove all foreign material, grit, and sand from shoes, before inserting Happy Feet Insoles.

What is the liquid in the insoles?

It is a special formula, non-toxic glycerin made in the United States.

How do you know which insole fits in which shoe?

There is no right or left insole; either side of the velvet layers may rest against the shoe.

What kind of shoes can I wear Happy Feet® Insoles in?

Happy Feet® insoles are perfect for use in any flat, dress or casual shoe.

What type of activities and sports can I do while wearing Happy Feet® Insoles?

Happy Feet® Insoles are designed for standing, walking, low-impact aerobics, and sports such as golf or bowling.

Why did my Happy Feet® insoles go flat?

You're probably wondering why your insoles leaked or went flat. It could be from a number of reasons. Here are some things you can do to avoid this from happening:

Follow the care instructions on the packaging and wash your insoles once a week (they are machine-washable...no dryer), especially if you have exposed the insoles to sand or dirt which compromises the bladder allowing air to slowly seep in, evaporating the glycerin until they're flat.

Why did my Happy Feet® Leak?

While we have customers who wear their insoles when running or performing heavy aerobic exercise, it is not recommended and may create too much pressure on the insole seal. Low impact sports such as golf, bowling or hiking or use for everyday wear is recommended.

Putting the insoles in a hard, textured shoe is not recommended. The surface of the shoe's sole, combined with your weight may cause the insole to rupture.

The insole must fits in your shoe properly without bulging or arching in the middle or curling on the sides. This will result in an improper wear pattern and may cause the seals to rupture. To create a proper fit, you may trim your insoles at the toe only. Do not trim the edge of the insole, as that will compromise the seal, allowing glycerin to leak out.

Insoles should not be trimmed below the 1st (top) toe line. If the insole needs to be trimmed significantly, in order for them to fit, you may want to consider trying a smaller size.

Our product comes with a one-year warranty. If your insoles leak or go flat, we will be happy to replace them. Just follow the instructions on the back of your brochure.

We need custom orthotics, help!

We manufacture a 64mm fluid filled insole in 9 sizes.

What if I receive my order but find I need a smaller or larger size?

We will happily exchange your Happy Feet® for a different size.

Can I visit a store to try them on?

We do have some stores and mall kiosks, however they are all run independently and times/days they are open vary. We have a 30 day money back guarantee. You may purchase them from our website or by giving us a call. If you find that you do not like them, send them back to us and we will refund your money.

When I am ordering "1", am I getting a pair of insoles?

Yes, when placing your order for "1" you are purchasing a pair of insoles.

Can Happy Feet® be tracked for shipment?

If you would like your package shipped with tracking option, please call our office at 800-462-8677 and we can add this for a small fee.

Why does the fluid stop at the toes of my insoles?

We have to allow for a trimmable area at the top of the insoles.

If I need a replacement, how do I got about doing this?

We are happy to send replacements for defective Happy Feet® insoles. We ask that you send us the used insoles, with a copy of your dated sales receipt, the warranty card filled out completely and a check of $4.95 for the shipping and handling of your new pair of insoles. Also, please write REPLACEMENT on the package. Please make sure to place them in a plastic bag.

What's inside of Happy Feet®?

The fluid filling is 96% non-toxic glycerine and 4% water. It is a kosher product.

Can I cancel my internet order?

Our system will charge your credit card as soon as your order is submitted. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may issue a credit. It may take up to 3 days for you to receive the credit on your credit card statement.
